We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within the United States. This means you can pay in cash directly to our delivery courier when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Payment at Delivery

Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery whenever possible, to make the handover process quicker and smoother for both you and our delivery partner.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ponco.shop or +1 (631) 363-0808. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but our 7-day return policy will apply upon delivery.
